Black Samsung Galaxy S3 will tip up in early October

THE BLACK SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 will arrive on UK shelves in two months, according to UK retailer Clove.

The online phone shop has promptly put up its preorder page for the so far unannounced black Galaxy S3 smartphone, and although there are no details on pricing just yet, it has revealed that the handset will be released in October.

What’s more, the retailer is only listing the black Samsung Galaxy S3 with 64GB of internal storage, debunking rumours that Samsung had canned the release of the most expensive model.

“There was rather exciting news earlier this week that the Samsung Galaxy S3 would soon be available in black,” the retailer said in a blog post.

“We now have some more exciting details to add to this – it will launch with 64GB [of] internal storage and is due to be available in early October.”

In terms of other specifications, the black Samsung Galaxy S3 will be no different than its white and blue siblings. This means that buyers will get a 4.8in touchscreen, a 1.4GHz quad-core processor, an 8MP rear camera with HD 1080p video, a 1.9MP front camera, the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and Samsung’s Touchwiz user interface.
